Our website host also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver the home valuation or market information you asked for
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text
- To send listing alerts or market updates if you asked for them
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to Florida real estate licensees
Text messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages at the number you provide, including by automated technology, about your request and related real estate services. Consent is not a condition of receiving a valuation or any other service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our email provider, and our brokerage, Preferred SHORE Real Estate — and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to comply with real estate regulatory obligations.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy Florida real estate record-retention requirements, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Email [email protected] or call 941-941-7271. You can unsubscribe from email at the bottom of any message and from texts by replying STOP.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
