What we are working toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and we review the site as we add pages.
What we have built in
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate page structure
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
- Color combinations chosen for contrast against their backgrounds
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and expandable FAQ sections
- Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting, which turns off animation
- Layouts that reflow for small screens and for zoomed text
Known gaps
Some third-party content we link to or embed — including our brokerage’s property search — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
